We’re riders processing orders for riders. Our team works efficiently to get your products dispatched within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons like our legendary Black Friday and Cyber Monday events, we add extra staff to maintain our speedy processing times.
International Delivery Notes
As part of our global cycling community, we’ve streamlined international shipping to make it as straightforward as our pricing:
- All relevant customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing
- We focus on European markets but welcome riders worldwide (excluding select remote areas)
Returns & Delivery
If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
