Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to our global cycling community! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re unable to deliver to select remote areas and some Asian regions.

How long does order processing take?
Our rider-staffed team processes orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we add extra staff to maintain our speedy service.
Are there any additional international fees?
Yes, all relevant customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing in your country.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return if your gear doesn’t meet expectations. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What if I receive a faulty item?
If your item arrives faulty, we’ll make it right. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll cover return shipping and process your replacement or refund promptly.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
🌍 International Orders
Which regions do you focus on for delivery?
While we welcome riders worldwide, we primarily focus on European markets. We’re unable to ship to select remote areas and some Asian regions due to delivery constraints.
What about customs and import duties?
All international orders are subject to customs and import duties in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
