• Returns Timeframe: You have 15 days from receipt to return items for exchange or refund. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

• Costs: Return shipping is your responsibility, unless it’s our error or a defective product. Refunds are processed in 3-5 business days after we receive the return, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: For safety/hygiene, we don’t accept returns on Bike Locks (if opened), Baselayers, Bar Tape & Grips (if used), Aero & TT Helmets (once out of packaging), personalized items, or “Final Sale” products.

International returns follow the same steps—just mark “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms to avoid extra duties.

7. General Provisions
